Regional Sales Manager - Developer Channel - BFS (4-12 yrs)
1. Sales Planning & Review
- Discusses actions, schedule, and responsibilities with ASMs, to address challenges in meeting sales targets
- Motivate the team through incentives to drive targeted sales objectives
- Make visits to the field and branches to gather on ground feedback, provide inputs and support to the team, and impart training on process, product offering and developing better relations with DSA
2. Business Development
- Source the connecter from Developer's site and other modes
- Create multiple touch points with the developers via CRM team
- Create provision to provide Home Loan eligibility on site to the customers
3. Developer relationship management
- Send daily MIS to the developers to keep them updated on the daily activities
- Engage and gain an understanding of future plans of developers; Align their plans with our business and sales objectives
- Ensure monthly visit at the developers' sites.
4. Team development
- Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent at senior positions within the team
- Discuss challenges with the team on daily basis to identify the solution and proactively work on mitigating future problems
