Regional Sales Manager/Country Manager - Lubricant (18-25 yrs)
Regional Manager -South (for the State of Kerala, Karnataka, TN, Andhra) & Country Manager for Sri-Lanka
Work and responsibilities:
- Responsible for sale of Automotive lubricants for the assigned Territory/States as a profit centre head
- Appoint, maintain and grow good working relationships with the Distributors/Dealers.
- To lead, manage, coach and inspire the Channel Sales Team consisting of Area Manager/Sales Executives
- Achievement of sales & collection as per target
- Achievement of Product mix
- Debtors and inventory control.
- Understand and report competitor activities and develop counter solutions
- Reporting
Candidate Profile
The candidate should be a graduate in Mechanical/ Chemical/Automobile Engineering from a reputed Institute, with brilliant academic results.
Candidate should have minimum 18 years + experience in South ONLY with good exposure in Kerala, Karnataka, TN, Andhra.
Industry: Lubricants, Spare parts, Batteries, Tyres.
Candidates should have good track record
- Good knowledge of the Automobile industry and the Lubricants industry in the country
- Thorough knowledge of Motul products and pricing vis--vis the products and the pricing of the competition
- A pleasant personality with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate effectively with the senior members within the organization and outside.
- Initiative, drive and result oriented approach with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achieving excellent business results.
