Regional Sales Manager For Corporate Liabilities
Instructional Sales/ corporate segment/ banking experience or distribution channel of corporate sales
Job Role :
- Build and maintain balance sheet for Corporate Liabilities (CASA, TD) & NFB products across the ABG
- Act as Product expert for the zonal teams to build the CASA ratio and Self -funding ratio as per AOP
- Capture the mindshare of the Zonal leadership to deliver the AOP on CA, SA, TD & NFB products
- Engage with TBG product partners for increasing penetration of CMS products.
- Engage with TBG product partners for increasing penetration TBG products
Specific Roles and Responsibilities :
- Weekly business reviews through conference calls with ZH / RH & TBG Product Partners
- Act as SPOC to liaison with internal stakeholders related to RBI compliance on Current Account portfolio.
- Engage with the IBL HR training team to conduct monthly training on Digital / non digital TBG products for frontline distribution teams.
- Monthly presentation to senior management on the position of Liabilities book.
