Ensure healthy commercial hygiene & build strong trade relationship through good practices in Line with Organizations Policy & Brand Image.
Well Versed with Geography, Channel Management, Competition Mapping, Pricing & Product Knowledge.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The incumbent will be responsible for:
A. Handling a team of highly motivated sales people
B. Opp0rtunity loss analysis & finding out gaps
C. Channel Mapping
D. Appointment of Direct Dealers & Distributors
E. Achieving Assigned Sales Target
F. Ensuring Continuous growth in market share
G. Achieving Collection targets & Debtors Management
H. Driving Tertiary Sales through FIS, & distributors sales officers
I. Ensuring Shop floor hygiene, like display, POP, FIS training
J. Ensuring Commercial hygiene like Account reconciliation, credit notes & resolving service related issues.
K. Building Healthy Relationship with Trade to lay down strong foundation for future business growth.
L. Monitoring Market & Competition
