Regional Sales Manager - Consumer Durables

- The candidate should have relevant experience in sales and distribution which is min 10 years

- Has done a supervisory role for a minimum of 5 years and corporate role in sales and distribution would be preferable.

- Should have good understanding of Distribution management.

- If the candidate is not from a premier institute then the candidate should have min 12 years of experience.

- Has done a supervisory role for min 7-8 years

- Stint in a corporate role in sales and distribution is preferable.

- Analytical ability

- Judgment : He would have to be decision post analyzing situations/data etc.

- Communication : Written and verbal as he would be an influencing role.
