Regional Sales Manager - Consumer Durable - North

We are looking for candidates for the Role of Regional Manager North 1 with one of our clients is leading player in India's consumer durable sector

Main Purpose : 

To manage the sales operations & P&L Responsibilities of North1-(Delhi/NCR, Rajashthan, UP, Haryana, UK) (Sales, Marketing, Business development, Revenue Generation)

Job Location - Delhi

- Designing and implementing business plan activities for achieving the expected target and deadlines

- Ensuring recruitment and training of Sales Team and Sales Promoters to support sales operations at North.

Skills & Qualification:

- Full Time MBA is must

- 15+ years of rich experience in Profit Center Operations, Strategy Planning & Management, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Client Relationship Management, Product Promotion & Launch, Channel Management, Retail management and Team Management

- Keen planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising sales & marketing activities and accelerating business growth.

- Expertise in managing business operations across the market with key focus on top line and profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources
