Regional Sales Manager for a Global Company in Construction Equipment
Job Responsibilities :
Sales Operation :
- Handle sales through Direct Sales Channel, Key Account Management, Building Contractors and Industrial segments
- End user, Consultant & Integrators engagement for handling small/mid-sized projects.
- Analyze market trends & establishing healthy & increasing Sales numbers
- Plan and Forecast the sales based on sales Trends
- Achievement of monthly Sales Targets and collections
- Conceptualize and implement innovative plans for accomplishment of pre-designated targets from the assigned territories
- Product Demonstration and value proposition
- Build regional strategy for North & East India.
Expansion/Business Development :- Handle all business development activities in the assigned territories
- Expand base of Direct customers and contractors
- Drive business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for attainment of targets with a view to optimize sales volume
- Identify and network with strong and reliable dealers/ channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
Marketing : - Conceptualize, deliver all types of communications with new schemes, plans to end customers
- Conceptualize, design, organize and manage promotional campaigns and events.
Specific experience expected :- Previous Experience with Electrical/Construction equipment/Heavy mining/ Industrial sales direct or dealer
- Technical/ functional Skills Required Good computing knowledge (word/excel/ power point)
