Regional Sales Manager - Construction Chemical (10-20 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and ensure achievement of sales objective (volume/value, product, territory wise, new/focus product) for the region with customer centric approach
- Drive & Effectively implement Major and Key initiatives at regional level in the areas of Market Development & Sales
Operations :
- Ensure the specifications are converted into sales by closely working with the Specifications team.
- Ensure business growth at key accounts by developing the required level of relationship and engagement with decision makers & key influencers of the accounts.
- Ensure all leads are captured, rightly categorized and followed up for the conversion of opportunities.
- Ensure adequate number of Project applicators in each market.
- Identify the systems for which training is required for applicators and ensure the training of desired no. of applicators is carried out via CSG.
- Drive Loyalty / Engagement of Project Applicators and Distributors
- Monitors and tracks performance of Disconnected/ Nonperforming Dealers/ Distributors
- Ensure all sales queries are resolved & extend technical support to Dealers / Applicators
- Effectively drive working capital management.
- Keep a track of competition activities in the region, capture and share the same with COS.
- Engage with channel partners to bring insights and co- create with COS the strategy for competition fighting
- Lead Sr. KAMs/ KAMs/ KAEs/ KAOs directly to achieve sales objectives with customer centric approach
