Regional Sales Manager - Commercial Lending - NBFC

Requirement for the Profile of RSM-Commercial lending with one of the NBFC

Urgent requirement for the Profile of RSM-Commercial Lending/Delhi with one of the NBFC.

KRAs :

- Driving team to focus on acquisition of new mid & large sized corporate (200-2000 cr) in North India thru series of corporate activities & continuous monitoring.

- Continuous Engagement with existing & new customers to structure lending products involving Term Loans, Structured Funding, Loan against Shares, Promoters Funding, Loan against Properties, Working Capital, Bill Discounting & Cross-sell.

- Responsible for detailed credit evaluation of corporate thru financial analysis, detailed discussions with client's key management people, External Credit Ratings, Market / Industry Reports & Market reference checks.

- Finalization of Credit Appraisal Memos & recommending cases to Credit for Approvals.

- Negotiation & finalization of deal pricing / commercials with customers, in lines with guidelines laid down by organization.

- Continuous monitoring & engagement with Corporate to identify stress / early warning signals & deciding exit plan.

- Identifying possible business growth opportunities with addition of innovative products / structures.
