The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is accountable for the attainment of sales & collection targets.
- To successfully deliver a high impact on company results, the RSM is responsible for implementing the sales strategy, operating an efficient territory management model
- The RSM will guide, coach and develop his team to reach their personal and professional goals.
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment where they must find solutions and be ready to rollup your sleeves as and when required
- Sales experience in industries & companies that involve dealing with direct dealer network & tough negotiations with large key accounts
- Operates with sense of urgency and ensure that the team and other functions do so too for speedy and quality execution.
- Successful track record in channel management and developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- Good business acumen, ability to identify and maximize business opportunities
- Have appreciation for and have demonstrated demand generation skills
- Eagerness to learn new skills in a high-performance environment
- Proficient in MS Office and Customer relationship management systems e.g. Salesforce.com
