Job Title : Regional Sales Manager

Division : Sales Department: Fans

Reporting to :

Line Manager : Regional Sales Head

Matrix Reporting - Channel Trade Marketing Manager Location: RHQ (Delhi)

1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY :

To drive Trade Marketing activities in the region and currently also drive RHQ sales in absence of BM

2. Key Responsibilities :

- Primary Sales

- Category Sales

- Plan and Achieve product category wise monthly Sales(primary, secondary) for the Region Channel

- Establish new channel in region

- Continuously Monitor & Improve Channel Partner Health Dealer, Distributor.

- Strategize and Execute maximize reach (ND, WD) in all town categories

- Drive Regional Activities for CP (Tally Patch, Sales force automation, Dealer Portal Etc)

Regional Trade / Visibility :

- Plan effective secondary scheme for the region on monthly/quarterly basis

- Ensure timely Claim settlement

- Plan and Execute Sales and Promotion Activities for respective product line in region

- Maintain budget and ensure judicious expenditure.

- BTL activities including CP meets & brand positioning

People - Ensure & Maximize team productivity :

- Ensure higher inter-personal relations among team members.

- Ensure employee engagement by identifying latent needs and motivation.

Market Development :

- Formulate strategy to launch new product in Region, by ensuring good ND,WD

- Plan & Execute new channel for the region

Budgeting & Forecasting - Plan branch wise forecasting for the PL

- Competition Analysis, Market Trend analysis, drive data driven decisions

3. How we Measure your Performance :

- % branch wise Sales achievement

- % ROD reduction & collections

- Achievement of Premium / New Products target deployed

- Scheme Management - Devising, Implementing & Settlements of Product Schemes.

- Market Activations

- Process Improvement initiatives - Tally Patch usage & Secondary Sales Review

6. Education & Age :

- Masters Degree or PG Diploma in Management

- Age - up to 45 years
