We have one very urgent position in one of BEST NBFC organizations across the following location

BASE LOCATION - Kolkata/Mumbai/Pune

OFFERED CTC - 13 - 19 lac lac p.a ( approx ) + incentives ; depending upon current CTC.

POSITION - Regional Sales Manager - Channel Partners / IFAs

REPORTING : Zonal Sales Head

Reportee's : 6 RMs / SRMs + 1 CSM

Wealth Management offers a single platform for PMS, direct equity, broking and lending solutions and currency derivatives. We are a leading player in MF distribution & currently manage an AUM in excess of INR 12,500 Cr with an aspiration to be atleast INR 25,000 Crs by 2020.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

To foster the profitability of the Business Partner Group in the assigned region by achieving business growth, revenues, brand differentiation & client satisfaction through effective channel partner acquisition & product development. The product portfolio includes Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Mutual Funds, Insurance, Broking Services, Structured Products & Bonds.

Job Context :

To create a robust channel partner network by identifying, empanelling and retaining an effective fleet of channel partners (Individual Financial Advisors) and increase market penetration through them. To Achieve high ARPU (Average revenue per unit) & client satisfaction through them while ensuring thorough client documentation & compliances. The critical skill sets that this profile requires are a strong local network, an ability to interpret market trends, competition mapping, excellent influencing and negotiation skills, high customer & target orientation.

Will also be responsible for individual and team for achieving sales, profits & fee income targets through channel partners for his designated region.

Key Result Areas Supporting Actions -

- To implement strategies for new client & new channel acquisition

- To steer business growth for designated area, devise channel sales strategies & optimally allocate product targets

- To undertake constant prospecting of distribution channels with good manpower & customer base

- To spearhead regional channel development

- To nurture business opportunities with key channels & increase channel revenue & market share in his area of operation

- To contribute in designing & implement incentive & retention schemes for DSAs through his / her team

- To ensure balanced product portfolio in channel through trainings

- To monitor the ROI of channel employment

- To monitor the lead closure ratios & channel mix for business sourcing to ensure optimization of resources

- To monitor the business, customer service & sourcing cost channel wise vs. location-wise to measure comparative effectiveness of different channels

- To achieve targeted profitability & fee income

- To achieve the budgeted targets of channel partners for respective products & analyze performance periodically

- To constantly focus on fee generating service offerings to meet the projected fee income

- To ensure effective risk management & policy adherence

- To help the risk team by ensuring process adherence like documentation, KYC & client profiling by channels

- To ensure adherence of all regulatory compliances & critical policies set by HO

- To ensure skill enhancement and team development of resources -

- To develop a dedicated sales team with specialized skill-sets mapped to customer segments

- To provide internal & external training to channel partners & sales team in conjunction with research & products teams

5) Job Purpose of Direct Reports:

- SRM/RM's : To implement strategies for market growth & client satisfaction of retail business in city & surrounding areas through effective channel partner identification, development & performance monitoring

- CSM (Channel Sales) - To foster enhancement of brand value & customer satisfaction by effective client servicing & relationship management through channel partners.

REQUIRED PROFILE :

- Regional Sales Manager EQUIVALENT handling a sales team into channel sales .

- Experience : 12 - 18 years

- Wealth products ( multi products ) handling mandatory.

- Candidates from AMC / Securities / Wealth distribution houses / Investment advisory firms / NBFCs will be applicable .

- AGE : 36 years max.
