Overall Job Description :
- Leadership & Team Management : Provide guidance and direction to his/her team and facilitate prospect generation in order to help them effectively manage their individual targets.
- Leveraging technology platforms to review business and drive sales to deliver on the assigned targets.
Sales Process Management :
- Ensure adherence to sales process, monitor quality- NBD and Mobile activation, control depletion.
- Ensure a steady flow of quality leads to the sales team through series of client events, referral programs, database sourcing
- Acquire the right profile of new to bank clients, which full-fill the profitability targets of the business.
- Plan and Organise promotional events and activities to ensure lead generation.
Client Experience :
- Maintain and monitor laid down client experience standards for the sales channel
- Monitor performance delivery for each team member and take corrective action where necessary
- Support recruitment, training and retention of team members
