Job Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for growth in value and product mix of the allocated region
- Responsible for ensuring the profitability of channel partners
- Ensuring technical and commercial competence of sales team
- Formulating coverage strategy for the allocated region
- Managing channel partners -Network Expansion
- To maintain and nurture good business relations with distributors and retail trade partners and negotiate as per Company norms terms.
- Achieving the target on weekly / Monthly & Yearly Basis.
- Monitoring secondary sales of dealers.
- Ensure Product merchandising.
- Ensure timely settlement of claims of channel partners
- To provide market information and feedback on competitor schemes/offerings to management
- To implement Scheme, Sales promotion campaigns, product launches, demonstrations, displays etc in dealer point.
- Handling a Team 8 for market coverage execution & providing direction, motivation & training for the team for ensuring optimum performance.
Desired Skills

- Should have very good knowledge of the territory
