Regional Sales Manager - Brewer/Distillery (8-15 yrs)
This role is with on our Growing Niche Beverages brand in market. They are looking to hire for RSM position. This company was founded in 2017 and have their manufacturing set up in Nashik.
About role:
- Collaborate with senior executives to establish a sales goal for the region
- Drive implementation of local and regional strategy/initiatives and deliver the result
- Manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue corporate-set goals
- Meet performance expectations and requirements and forecasting annual, quarterly, monthly sales goals and promotion plan of both on and off-premise
- Educate sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings, prepare sales presentations to create product understanding/awareness
- Review regional expenses and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with stakeholders of the brand to boost sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with key account clients and prospects
- Identify relevant events at on-trade outlets, modern trade outlets & ensure participation.
Qualifications:
- MBA Marketing preferred
- Candidates with beverages industry experience preferred.
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
- Deep understanding of value drivers in luxury goods or consumer goods industry
- Clear, effective communication skills and experience in a collaborative and transparent, startup environment
- Strong social and analytical skills
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and technical documents
- Great attention to detail.
