Regional Sales Manager - Banking (5-10 yrs)
Job Description:
Profile targeting Banking customers in India. Hunter role with defined quota of Revenue Targets.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and executing business strategies to drive year on year growth
- Proven track record of year on year target achievement
- Successfully forecast and drive achievement of revenues
- Experience in anchoring and closing complex business deals
- Hands-on experience in all procurement models prevalent in Enterprise space
- Proven negotiation expertise.
- Must have closed business with Large Public and Private sector Banks
Required Skills:
- Experience in building a territory from little or nothing
- Skilled at driving and anchoring discussions at CXO Level
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and create value propositions
- Existing working relationships with Leading Public and Private sector Banks
