Core Deliverables:
- Extensively engage, network and influence Bank Regional Leadership, Branch Leadership and Staff
- Drive and achieve common shared goals basis the performance plan across key stake holders ie Branch Leadership, Regional Leadership and Sales Team
- Create and Execute on ground Training and Skilling module for Bank Staff on Products, process and Soft Skills
- Implement Strong and Measurable Sales Process leading to higher conversations per branch, higher lead generation per branch, develop Lead Generation Modules out of Branch Data Base
- Implement MIS systems measuring Sales force effectiveness, RM productivity per branch, LG Activation, key is to drive input management leading to higher sales productivity
- Implement customer segment based product strategy, by using the right Product and Modal Mix.
- Implement and Strategize Premium Optimization goals by deploying Upsell and Cross Sell Hooks
- Continuously monitoring and measuring Sales Force Effectiveness and taking timely effective measures around, Product Skills, Soft Skills and Sales Process Skills
- Implement operational process on ground, ensuring 100% adherence and meeting the SLA's as laid out
- Monitoring sales quality and implementing measures to improve the Sales Quality on New Business
- Implement Sales Drives and Campaigns leading to higher sales excellence
Desired Experience:
- Has demonstrated sales excellence in his/her previous role with plan achievement and qualifying for sales excellence rewards
- Strong on team management skills, and experience on managing distributor platforms like Banks and NBFC for Life Insurance X-Sell
- Should have managed a team of 15 -205 FOS and business territory of 30-70 branches
