RSM - Bakery Ingredients/Non- Diary

The focus is currently on expanding and developing a wide distribution channel and increases sales, through the distribution and the HORECA channel.

- Increasing sales volume in the Southern region across various brands

- Designing short term and long term sales strategies for achieving the annual target

- Developing the new areas and business opportunities for the product

- Developing distribution channels to ensure they have the know-how and support to successfully sell our products

- Training and handling a sales team for the region

Qualification And Experience:

1. Graduate/Post Graduate with 8-15 years of work experience in the Food Ingredients/Bakery Industry.

2. Relevant experience of handling the entire South region

3. Having strong leadership skills - ability to work with cross-functional teams and an eye for detail

4. Proven sales and commercial leadership

5. Should be hands-on
