Regional Sales Manager - B2B Vertical - Online/eCommerce (5-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Should have a strong understanding of the new account acquisition, account management & handling complex multi business unit level sales through account mining, cross-selling, and up-selling techniques
- Should have strong data driven thinking and analytical skills, and can analyze data to develop action plans accordingly
- Can develop business strategies post analyzing internal and external impact
- Have excellent communication skills in all forms and have a natural ability to network and build a strong rapport with probable prospects
- Research and understand the market through various mediums and creating & executing a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients to increase the gross margin quarter on quarter
- Identifying appropriate prospects, setting appointments, making effective qualifying sales calls, and managing sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
- Meet potential clients and pitch the product, solicit feedback and alter negotiating strategies based on the feedback with the objective of achieving high client on-boarding rate
- Performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
- Increasing revenue by devising strategies to acquire additional business through cross-selling and upselling services to new and existing clients, and continuously striving to enhance our value proposition of price, service, quality, visibility
Qualification & Skills Sets :
- 5-8 years in hunting B2B clients and onboarding them. Clear demonstration of hunting abilities is needed
- The role requires candidates with an affinity for action and needs to adapt to a fast moving environment
- Experience in fast moving B2B sales or B2B startups preferred
- Proficiency in local language preferable
- Candidate has to own sales targets for the assigned region and develop a client base for
- Mindset of solution sales
