Designation:Regional Sales Manager North (Well Versed with NCR Region)

Location: Delhi

The candidate must be Graduate Engineer with MBA (Premier College) having close to 12 to 20 years or even more experience in SALES /BD for Passenger/Small/ Light Commercial Vehicles.

- Must have experience in a leadership role handling a considerable size of business and people.

- Candidate should have experience in Dealer Operations/Channel Management, Technical aspects of business,

Customer handling.

- Candidates should have Analytical, good communication & presentation skills, technical knowledge, dealer handling.

- Dealer Retail performance review, consultation and counseling

- Retail sales Vs Objective – review

- Dealer advertising and promotional activities

- Drive Quality Care –Sales in dealership

- Customer satisfaction Initiatives

- Follow up dealer action plans – advice and counsel

- Training of Sales Consultants

- Business Management

- Provide inputs and advise for growth strategies, change, relocations

- Market Representation - Changes, terminations and growth strategies

- Reports - Daily sales report, Monthly sales activities reports, Business plans

- The incumbent would be supported by a team of Zonal and Area Managers.
