Regional Sales Manager - Animal Feeds/Veterinary Medicine 

Responsible for entire Sales & Marketing activities of Animal Nutrition Business (Cattle, Poultry Feed, Feed Supplements & Veterinary Medicines) across Maharashtra & adjoining areas with the support to team across all Markets with an objective to timely achieve the budgeted business targets and Customer satisfaction.

KEY RESULT AREAS :

1. Plan, execute and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.

2. New market development, Potential vendor identification & Convert them into our dealers / distributors.

3. Identifying the Big Dairy farms and convert them into institutional customers.

4. Extend the area of operations in line with the business requirement

5. Distributor /Dealer engagement.

6. Motivating the Sales Team to achieve the targeted volumes and close coordination with team members

7. Ensure to timely distribution of Feed, Feed Supplements & Veterinary Medicines to the Distributors.

8. Organize Customer Contract Programs /Farmer Meetings and addressing complaints.

9. Post Graduate in Marketing or Sales.

10. At least 10 years of experience.

11. At least 5 years of experience of Handling a Team and Team Management.

12. At least 1 year of experience in Cattle Feed, Animal Feed or Veterinary Medicines.
