Regional Sales Manager - Agrochemicals
- Must be B.Sc/M.Sc/ agriculture or an MBA with 8-10 years of experience in Front line sales of Agrochemicals
- Must have team management experience and proven track record of managing a team.
- Candidate must possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- He or She should be willing to travel and have a go-getter attitude towards the job.
- Candidate must have a know for sales and should have a passion for meeting people.
- Major job responsibilities will be finding new customers and converting them, order management, payment collection, dispatch scheduling, customer complaint handling for a specific region and also hiring of junior sales personnel's and handling them/ guiding them.
