Role Brief: - Lead entire sales team, ensure defined targets are met & instore execution is flawless - Coach and train sales team on sales techniques, best in class customer relationship - Plan and manage commercial in-store activities & promotions, and take corrective actions if need be - Ensure flawless execution of these Plans according the RPVA guidelines set per outlet type / image level, per brand - Work with Trade Marketing team and Customer Service to get clarity on the plans & communicate properly to the team - Monitor and manage sales expenses within allocated budgets - Manage and develop team, identify & retain talent - Team & Business Size: A Direct team of Branch Manager/ ASM, TSMs and Executives. The total team strength shall be between 10-20 - Estimated Business size of the region would be anything between 1000CR -2000CR per annum Job Description : - Overall responsibility for the development, execution of all long, medium and short-term sales strategies and programmes ensuring growth via achievement of sales targets and achieving company's objectives in the Branch/ State - Execute successful brand strategies and obtain leadership in premium and standard categories - Give Strategic direction to the Sales team to optimize the overall productivity and performance, engraining the company values in the team and aiming at making it the best managed company in the state. - Understand and forecast market size & segment growth in the state to develop effective strategies to achieve the desired sales, market share and profitability in each of the segment
