Regional Sales Manager - Adhesive & Waterproofing

Job Description :

- Handling sales, marketing and promotional activities there by achieving increased sales growth.

- Developing relationships with distributors for business development.

- Managing activities pertaining to finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales & order processing and market processes

- Experience in Sales & Marketing & Relationship Management.

- Expertise in handling sales & business development operations with key focus on top line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

- Adroit in driving profitability of business through acquiring right customers and treating them in appropriate ways to maximize longevity of relationship and optimize behavior.

- Team Management

Reporting to : Zonal Head

Candidate Requirement :

- Full-time MBA is a must

- From any building material industry preferred

- Local market working experience is preferred

- Should have a team management capabilities
