Job Role :
- Implement different Programs and schemes to get desired results through General trade and retail.
- Promote sales plans, trade programs, distributor and partner meets, exhibitions to ensure sales growth
- Develop Distribution plans and alternate channels to achieve maximum market penetration and increase sales volume.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities and formulating strategies to boost sales.
- Understanding and assess market potential for key untapped markets
- Guide and motivate the sales team and building strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and partners- Franchise owners and Distributors
