Job Role :
- Have a good understanding of different business models, cash flows, Risk and be able to identify opportunities and grow client relationships.
- Maintain high caliber client service.
- Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes
- Conduct Market Research : Identify Geographies/segments which can be entered
- Bridge gaps between various functions - ensure alignment of functions and teams
- Create new processes to stream line business and optimize existing ones
- Work on Projects which have an impact on improving sales efficiency/optimize costs
- Has to build relationships with key persons in external Channels like DSA- s/Aggregators to get their customer share
Team handling role :
- Continually increase the Book size - SOH and profitability
