Regional Sales Head - South for Multinational Technology Partner Organization
Designation: Regional Sales Head-South ( Karnataka, AP, Telangana, Kerala)
Please apply if you:
- Have recent experience of driving Sales in the Southern Region, leading a team of Account Managers
(17+ yrs of selling experience and of which at-least the last 3 years in Sales team leadership/management roles)
- Have working experience at Information Technology Services Company like IBM, HCL etc.
- Have experience in Service Selling in India ( Multi-year TOS deals, Managed Services Deals etc.)
Job Overview / Description:
- Regularly achieve assigned Sales quotas for the southern region.
- Take responsibility for managing a team of Regional Sales Managers.
- Drive overall Sales profitability for the region.
- Drive Sales efficiency and provide client intimacy across all clients in region.
- Ensure sales team members maintain accurate and complete records of the opportunities and pipeline and accurately forecast the business on a regular basis.
- Mentor, coach and provide leadership with the objective of enabling the Regional Sales Managers and client managers to meet assigned targets and objectives.
- Take ownership of the full sales process and contribute to the pre-sales process as required.
- Enforce and track the execution of client account plans, call planning and opportunity qualification, providing support and remedial action.
