Job Summary: As the Regional Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, market expansion, channel development, and revenue targets in your assigned region. You'll lead a team and play a key role in building the brand's market presence and dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets
- Build and manage a robust distribution and channel network
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and project clients
- Drive volume growth through demand generation activities and customer engagement
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to develop counter strategies
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team
- Coordinate with logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Track key KPIs, prepare sales forecasts, and submit periodic performance reports
- Represent the company in key trade events and industry forums
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
- 4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the steel/TMT/related sector
- Strong dealer network and on-ground market understanding in the assigned region
- Excellent team leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Startup mindset: proactive, accountable, and flexible in approach
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
