- Generating business through channels, DSAs and direct.
- Working in evolving market eco system with fast evolving organisation.
- Establishment of both annual & monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan.

- Demonstrated track records of high sales achievement.
- Responsible for sales, revenue generation (including Fee Based revenue, Cost & Team productivity.
- Drive productivity of sales teams and channel partners taking adequate measures to enhance through interventions like sales trainings, soft skills training & functional training.
- Strong relationship management and stake holder management skills.
- Leading and managing a team of Sales managers across the region.
