Regional Sales Head - Retail Banking (10-20 yrs)
- Responsible for liasoning with various banks (Foreign / Indian / PSU) to drive sales of products
- Provide all types of support to bank RM's in terms of product information, training, new fund launch meets, etc. and thus ensuring proper relationship management with the channel partners
- Achieving growth targets vis a vis AUM by executing the sales strategy through dedicated focus and aggressive approach towards building a strong relationship with these channel partners
- Working closely with the marketing team and planning sales targets for the channel partners by making customized presentations to them and incentivizing their performance
