BE/B.Tech (Chemical/Polymer)/PG Diploma/CIPET with 8+ years of experience into channel sales, distributors, key Accounts.
Division handled : TPU, Polymer, Polyester, PU, PET, polyurethanes, mater batches, flame retardant, polymer additives etc.
Excellent leadership quality, team handling skills and must have Automotive OEMs customer handling experience
KRAs :
Managing sales and new business development for automotive industry in assigned region
To look after the sales through the channel of distributors and promote the products in the various industries
To build relations with automotive Tiers 1 component makers, OEMs in automotive, electronics, electrical and other segments.
To control/ design sales channels for improving sales/marketing efficiency
Handling product / application development, providing technical service support and resolving complaints
Manage the Key accounts in the region; Application development / new business development through distributors & channel partners.
Maintain good relationship with customers and distributors in today's highly competitive market.
Identify and develop new customers & business partners for long term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders to ensure continuous business
Develop marketing strategies to build customer preference and drive volumes with sizable profit margin
