Regional Sales Head - Leadership & Assessment Consulting Solutions - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (10-14 yrs)
Overview :
The candidate in this role should have a high degree of Business development capability with a focus on selling new consulting solutions to old clients as well as new solutions to new clients.
Responsibility Areas :
- Identifying potential clients
- Business development with identified clients
- Support colleagues with their business development initiatives
- Support solution team in pricing and negotiation
- Oversea contracting
- Mentor individual sales lead identified for the region
- Engages in client conversations to understand and uncover needs and influence decision making
- Anticipates and ensures all needs are fully met by offering clients product and service solutions to grow
- Interprets data about multiple clients and clients- markets, identifying trends which can influence projects
- Defines, in measurable terms, the key indicators of success; drives customer/client focus grounded in strong relationships
- Anticipates the need for change and helps others adjust their priorities and activities to meet the needs of the situation
- Coaches others to present facts and ideas in an effective way; recognizes excellent performance
- Proactively seeks to attract and retain new and diverse talent; collaborates within and across teams to achieve client and company results
- Is a role model for soliciting feedback; gives feedback to help others increase their contribution
