Responsibilities: - Spearhead the General Trade (GT) & Modern Trade (MT) business for our wellness products for East - Work with the team of ASMs, Sales officers and SSRs (Off-rolls sales executives) to drive the business in the three regions in East- West Bengal, Orissa and North East Sales Area (NESA) - Responsible for Sales growth in FMCG category vis- vis targets - Build a clear focus & plan to build distribution, visibility and volumes. - Develop sales strategies and it's implementation with a view to increasing/sustain market share and profitability - Have effective implementation and monitoring mechanism to ensure the achievement of the sales plans and strategies - Evolve policies for establishing a robust field force monitoring and people management, relationship management system in order to increase field force satisfaction and portfolio growth. - Work closely with the on-ground sales team and brand team to improve brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, customised trade schemes, promotional campaigns to meet zonal needs. - Carry out Pre & post promotions, schemes evaluation - estimated ROI, Sales Managers & market feedback as well as market data readings where applicable. - Understand ground realities by being in the market for 15-20 days in a month. About the Role: Head of Sales- Regional Head- East Role Requirement: - Strong stakeholder management skills - Education Background: MBA from a reputed institute will be preferred - Experience in leading GT Sales in a region in an FMCG - Experience in leading offline sales in new age start-ups in CPG industry will be an advantage
