Regional Sales Head - FMCG/Personal Care - South India (8-15 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Driving the Sales operations across entire South India
- Leading, Mentoring & Managing a team of C&FAs, Area Sales Managers, EKAs, Beauty Advisors, Field force (Sr SE/SE/SO/ISR/DSR), MIS, Regional Accountant, Asst Manager - Accounts & Finance & a Team of Channel Partners with Distributors, Super Distributors and their Manpower
- Responsible for formulation of Distribution Strategies, BTL & Brand Activation across the Region .
- Responsible for all Operations across the Region, like Recruitments, Review, Training, Credit Control of Distributors, New Product Launches, Key Accounts Management .
- Identifying weak areas of Operation / weak manpower, assessment and rectify, leading to benefits of the Organisation.
- Responsible for Rolling Sales forecast on the basis of yearly plan, previous statistics, current market potential and existing market scenario and Logistics of the same from factory to Customer and then to Consumer level
- Develop Quarter plans towards primary, secondary & tertiary sales and alignment of all activities which facilitates the achievement of the Plan
- Work in close coordination with the Marketing, Sales & Commercial Team to ensure secondary sales and visibility by providing merchandising, displays and point of purchase inputs to ensure - sell out- phenomenon within Budgets
- Organizing and monitoring activities in the Region to promote company's image and product line
- Ensuring Sales Team productivity, coverage, channel hygiene
- Optimum utilisation of Budgets for driving volumes, Brand development, Sales promotions and other activities in the Region and managing the cost to sales
