Your responsibilities : - Managing a large portfolio of Customers &amp; Assets - Retain existing customers and acquire new consumers - Establish and execute sales goal for the region - Manage the sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed set goals - Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term - Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements Apply if : - You have a masters degree in business Administration or equivalent certification - You have a total experience of over 4 years in sales preferably in a large bank/financial advisory/brokerage house. - You have strong knowledge of mutual fund/wealth management/equity sales - You are must be energetic, passionate and strong at relationship building - You are experienced in managing cross-functional teams
