Regional Sales Head - South

Reports to : National Head

Location : Bangalore

Job Profile :

- Set up the Infrastructure and Appointing financially strong Business Partners / Distributor/Dealer network for the company for region assigned.

- Explore more State & District for business generation for New Products & New Areas.

- Enable business growth by developing and managing a network of Channel Partners/Dealers across the territory.

- Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures.

- Develop & execute strategic plan to achieve sales target & expand Dealer/ Distributor Base/ customer base.

- Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.

- Regular Review meetings with Team Members on Monthly & Quarterly basis to monitor the month to month performance evaluation.

- Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs.

- Prepare & submit budgets for promotions, gifting items, sales promotion plans.

- Responsible for achieving budgeted Sales & Profit by ensuring Distributor/Dealer Satisfaction.

- Implementing innovative sales strategies to ensure deeper penetration, customer loyalty. and brand presence; successfully and consistently delivering the responsibilities of revenue generation, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

- Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.

- Confer with potential distributors/ dealers/ customers regarding product needs and advise them on types of products to purchase.

- Visit franchised dealers/ distributors to stimulate interest in GM Products range or expansion of network.

- Represent company at Trade Shows/ Exhibitions to promote and showcase products, plan Architects meets, Builders Meet & conferences.

- Plan & execute Dealers Meets, Architects Meets & Electrician Meets at District levels.

- Recruit, motivate, train team members and enhance their performance by becoming their coach and mentor.

- Build and train a team of highly motivated and performance driven personnel across the Organization.

- Identify and develop high potentials internally (as well as potential hires externally) to build strong second line leadership competencies.
