Regional Sales Head - Edtech Startup (7-11 yrs)

Please note this role needs someone who has been a problem solver and has hands-on experience of working with either a startup or FMCG in launching into a difficult market or a new product. B2C experience is preferred.

The Regional Head Sales will look after a region consisting of a few states and a large team size of 150+ sales force.

The role will include:

1. Complete P&L ownership to deliver positive month on month growth. Strategize and lead the regional team. The role would include overall organization structure, hiring, compensation, sales targets, lead generation and management, territory optimization, etc.

2. Lead highly motivated teams to achieve Top-line of 100Cr+ and profit targets

3. Responsible for MoM growth in the region taking ownership of expanding and revenue generation in all unexplored territories in their regions

4. Drive consistent sales by setting goals with Sales Managers, designing sales incentive plans and partnering with cross-functional teams and sales leadership

5. Establish brand's value and ensure brand value's consistency across all media channels

6. Ensure quality is managed in the huge scale up and growth is sustained through optimized processes

To fit the bill:

- You must be engg from Top 10 engg colleges in India followed by MBA from a top ranked B school

- 8 years of experience in FMCG or startup with B2C experience

- Strong problem solving abilities

- Great written & verbal communication skills

- Excellent team building and people management abilities

- The above are non negotiable and coupled with this should be your attitude to work and excel in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong data management, and analytics experience would be essential to work in this type of scale.
