Regional Sales Head - Housing Finance (DST vertical) for one of the largest and most renowned housing finance companies of India with all India presence. Its a very large listed company. Seasoned candidates with minimum 10 years of experience of managing DST channel.
Key Responsibilities are:
- Directly responsible to deliver sales growth as per the organization's objectives
- Handle large turnover and therefore commercial skills and business acumen of high level is required
- Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through appropriate allocation of zones and monitoring staffs activity reports and strategic contact with key customers
- Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control
- Build a motivated, and committed sales team through a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and reward
- Implementation of CRM engagement plans in conjunction with marketing team.
- Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
- Monitoring sales team performance, analysing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads
- To deliver the plan numbers across all revenue lines
- Formulating the strategy and setting targets for all the managers
- Breaking down the plan - officer, channel and product.
- Tracking sales numbers.
- Regularly reviewing the sales efforts and competition offering
- Expanding distribution
- Directing sales volumes, revenues and expenses constantly.
- Increase market share
