Regional Sales Head - Business Development/Enterprise Sales - Education (10-15 yrs)
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager with a technology and results-orientation who can lead a sales team in acquiring large enterprise clients. You will be our ambassador to the business world and contribute directly to the growth and success of the company.
Ideally, you have:
- 10 +years of experience in client acquisition and enterprise sales
- A proven track record of sales, expanding businesses and exceeding quarterly and yearly targets
- A passion for technology and learning, and a strong grasp of HR/learning/workforce trends
- The ability to interact with and influence CXOs and business heads in diverse industries - A sound understanding of the market and strong business forecasting skills
- The ability to think strategically
- Strong negotiation skills - Strong business focus, pipeline management skills, process-orientation and comfort working in agile environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel.
Above all, you will need to be a strong brand ambassador for BigSpring.
What you will do - Articulate a clear vision for client acquisition in BigSpring including strategy and goals - Drive volume and value including initiating and closing large B2B and other profitable deals - Prospect relentlessly along with junior team members - Guide competitor research and bring client and competition feedback to the operations and product teams - Bring in industry best-practices - Hire, build and coach a high-performing sales team - Contribute to different areas of learning.
