Regional Sales Head - Building Material

Job Profile :

- Responsible for Sales, BTL Marketing and Operation activities.

- To achieve planned growth numbers in each of the channels

- To expand the trade operation to cover the gaps in the market

- To Manage the existing retail operation within the cost parameters, specified by the management.

- Inventory management.

- To develop good relationship with key business associates

- To train develop and motivate staff

Candidate Requirement :

- Full Time MBA

- Should have a strong Kerala market working exposure
