Job Summary: To drive sales development agenda for respective locations
Key Stakeholders: Internal - RSDM's, Branch Heads, National GTM Lead

External: Distributors
Pre-requisite Role Requirements
- Essential Qualification: Graduate/PG in any discipline with a degree in Management from a reputed institute
- Years of Experience: 6-8 years, of which 3-5 years in FMCG Sales
Desired Profile:
- Currently driving sales development initiatives at region/national level such as GTM, Sales Capability and Sales Force Automation
- ASM GT for at least 3-4years having a flair for developmental and strategy
- Preferred Age Group:27-35 years
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage change and develop people
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Core responsibility is to deploy a blueprint to deliver a Future Ready Sales platform to deliver stronger performance in key areas such as Reach, Penetration and In-Store presence for the emerging Foods business
- Create the execution excellence culture in the Foods team to drive superior last mile customer and shopper experience
- Ensure required supports are provided to deliver cold chain environment to the Non ambient categories at L2 and L3
