Regional Role - Corporate HR - BFS

- Recruitment of Front line Business and collection Executives, all senior levels profiles for various departments.

- Work on Job Portals, Social networking sites.

- Handling compliances and payroll.

- Conduct Walk -In - Interviews at Branch level office with a coordination of colleges and Employment exchange.

- Organizing Employee Engagement Activities and events.

- Employee's performances analysis on Monthly Basic or at Quarterly basis.

- On boarding and Exit process.

- Annual Appraisals

- CSR Activities.

- Attendance and leave management.

- Employee Verification

- Handling Disciplinary meeting & employee grievances.

- Development of PIP and their action plan.

- Payroll Handling - New Employee Input, Increment and Deductions.

- Part of Audit on quarterly basic.
