Job Title: Regional Risk Control &amp; Review Team Grade: Manager / Senior Manager Business Unit: Risk Function: Enterprise Risk Management Sub Function: Risk &amp; Control Review (RCR) Location: Multiple(Mumbai/Patna/Jaipur) Job Description: - Individually contribute, lead and assist team for completion of Risk &amp; Control Reviews as per approved calendar - Travel to branch locations to conduct review to assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of established internal controls and procedures - Identify key areas of risk within the Units and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks - Discuss the findings and recommendations with the stakeholders and report significant issues to the branch - Tracking of Open observations and ensure the same is closed with appropriate action plan An Ideal Candidate should possess: - Good understanding of Assets &amp; Liabilities product - Experience in Internal Control/ Operational Risk /Governance/Internal Audit within Banking domain or in Microfinance Industry - Good analytical skills and keen eye for details and ability to identify control gaps with the ability to change.
