Regional Retail Head - Sales - West/South (8-12 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Should have expertise in Sales and Operations via different channels i.e. EBO and Modern Retail and distribution for any setup.
- Should have the experience of launching brands and successfully handling and opening multiple Stores
- Should be quick to analyse store wise business and implement new plans for sales promotions for underperforming stores and for non moving stocks.
- Will be responsible for managing promotional activities for sales, at store level
- Will need to continuously interact with the customers for effective resolution of their grievances
- Will be responsible for managing retail operations for multiple stores, this would include day to day administration, implementation of SOPs, sales analysis, target fixing, visual merchandising, stock and shrinkage control and promotional planning
- Will be responsible for analysing and reviewing market response,
- Will be responsible for planning merchandise for new season with production & merchandising team
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of handling multiple Retail stores
- Retail industry experience is essential
- Preference will be given to candidates who have handled EBOs
- Excellent consulting, coaching, communication and vendor management skills
- Must have the experience of launching new stores
- Proven ability to lead teams in a matrix environment.
