Regional Project Lead - Interior Fit out (15-22 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Regional Project Lead who can handle multiple projects at a time - Minimum of 5-6 project handling capability needed
- Experience in corporate fit out projects / Commercial projects
- Should have handled larger sq ft size projects
- A leader who can lead project manager at various sites,
- Experience in multiple client management / vendor management
- Excellent communication skills, client reports. Contract Management & Value Engineering
- Involved in the discussion on the understanding of business case of the projects
- Preference given to candidates from IPC PMCs
- 15+ Years experience
- BE Civil with post graduation needed
