Regional Product Manager - Non-Invasive Ventilators Segment (7-15 yrs)

Regional Product Manager

Overview :

- The job involves developing the sales and marketing strategy for Non-invasive ventilators (NIV) segment, owning the execution of it and working in collaboration with sales colleagues to achieve the NIV Sales target for the region

Illustrative Responsibilities :

- Drive Aggressive promotion programs to gain market share in relevant customer segments in the region

- Deploy marketing strategies and actions to be the leading player in NIV

- OIT/REV/Margin/Market share/ KOL relationships/CME programs and Launch events

- Build and maintain key customer relationships to develop key opinion leaders and reference base in the region

- Execute the product strategy and product plans for NIV in the region in such a way that sound business result can be achieved.

- Prepare and plan, together with the sales channels, the market introduction of the new products, including promotion material and product information, in order to generate the largest impact in the market.

- Coordination with Business Manager for pricing & new product launch

- Increase market share through marketing and business promotion activities. It involves sales team training (both product and clinical), product collateral creation/distribution, market information communication to sales team, reference site and KOL creation.

- Increase profitability - It involves having correct product configurations and position features with correct premium to derive good margin from market.

- Analyse the market, competition, technology and developments, in order to find new opportunities with existing product-market combinations.

- Build and maintain key customer relationships to develop key opinion leaders and reference base

- Gain Market share in the region by Pull strategy - patient activation / professional and clinical education / developing consumer insights

Key Areas of responsibility towards channels for NIV :

- Drive selection and appointment of channel partners as per company guidelines.

- Manage the channel partners in the assigned region in order to maximize sales volumes and revenues.

- Develops and drives credibility and long term relationship with the channel partners in the assigned area to fulfill long term sales objectives.

- Build capability in the sales and service channel delivery model.

- Defines and executes the business strategy in conjunction with channel partners.

- Responsible for implementing the sales plan and monitoring the sales effort and performance against budgeted targets.

- Leads, directs and motivates the channel partners in order to achieve the predefined sales volume and profit goals.

Education Qualification :

- B. Tech (must have).

- MBA (highly preferred)
