Primarily responsible for designing best in class initiatives across Engagement efforts,capability building, health &amp; happiness, employee pride, employee connect, collaborate with critical stakeholders 1. At least 15+ year's relevant HR work experience preferably in a global/international service/consulting environment. 2. Managerial experience of handling a team required, experience of leading and delivering through non-directly managed groups, matrix environment. 3. Practical knowledge in the areas of employee management, employee relations, employment law, reward, and employee development/learning 4. Employee Experience and Relations: Advise managers and employees on employee experience issues and special requests of managers and employees according to local circumstances while working closely with Employee Relations; Provide guidance and consultancy to the managers regarding employee relations issues to ensure compliance with employment laws and ethical standards. Focus on the employee experience in any case of processes driven by the units that impact employees 5. Program Management for Employee Engagement initiatives: Lead and direct teams to deliver comprehensive engagement programs at India level within a defined schedule, budget, quality and scope; work with India leadership team, Business Leaders, HR leaders and Corporate counterparts to design the long term Engagement Strategy for the team 7. Regional Employee Experience Lead: Create and lead regional initiatives and strategy relating to employee experience such as wellbeing, physical working conditions and other fundamental needs. Assess and anticipate employee needs, and work within the organization to address those needs. Benchmark in local markets in areas affecting employee experience and share findings with the other HR functions and the business. Develop solutions, programs and policies. 8. Lead Local Communications: Bring the local flavor to communications that impact employees on sites, including information about HR processes such as PMP, Employee Engagement Survey etc.
