Regional Operations Manager - Rural Assets - Bank

Roles and Responsibility :-

Locations - Trichy, Madurai, Nellai, Covai, Chidhambaram, Salem, Chennai, Cochin & Nasik

- Take the lead in planning and execution of Operation Strategy at Regional Level, in consultation with Head Operations and other stake holders.

- Responsible to lead rural assets operations for 50-80 branches in a Region.

- Be proactive in ensuring that the necessary operational level support is available at all time to handle the business growth / volume, without comprising on quality.

- Be the key person at Regional level to set-up operation structure and train people with relevant expertise.
