Regional Operations Head - Transportation Mobility

- Head & advise on all matters under the Line Of Business (Recruitment, Driver Management, Retention, Incentives, Pay-Outs, etc.,) for an assigned region (South India).

- Will drive improvement in operation processes, embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement & operations strategy.

- Ensuring region-wise operations plans & targets are in alignment with business objectives.

- Ensured targets are met & exceeded & lead efficiency improvement projects.

- Will provide virtual & on ground support to all regional operations teams supporting delivery across all offices.

- Uphold company standards of excellence & service, guaranteeing quality performance - Prepare & review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.

- Analyze region's market trends & discover new opportunities for growth.

- Manage the region & individual performances.

- Forecast quarterly & annual profits.

- Prepare performance reports for presentation to the management.

- Maximize company profits at the branches supervised.

- Organize & implement training programs for staff in the entire region.

- Ensure that all branches follow safety, health & business laws & regulations.

- Identify hiring needs & building a core team which will be responsible for company's growth.
