Our client is a global facilities and food services management company with operations spanning across five continents. They are expanding their operations in India and are currently looking for a Regional Operations Head for their Food services business in the South. The position shall be based in Bengaluru. The Regional Operations Head shall be responsible for developing and managing the full scope of the client's food services business for the region. The responsibilities of the role include operational development, P&amp;L performance management, client engagement and growing existing accounts. Desired profile - Hotel management graduate - batch of 1998 to 2002 - Must have prior experience in large scale catering services (Hotel / Flight kitchen / Event management) - Should have managed P&amp;L of INR 50 Cr minimum - Prior experience in managing multi-site and / or multi-client operations is mandatory - Demonstrate strong disbursed team management skills, prior experience of managing teams in excess of 1500 is a preference - Good understanding of client management and engagement, including growing existing business
